I just wanted to do a quick update to the review I did of the original Zebra F-701 that I reviewed here. For the most part, my thoughts are going to be the same. The only difference is that the new design features a full metal construction as opposed to the plastic piece that was in the original design. This does not change a significant amount but really rounds out the pen well. I have also included a link directly to the Zebra Pen store. I know that some people have still been receiving the older design from Amazon so I did not want to include that link. You should be able to find them in some local office supply stores such as Office Depot, which is where I picked mine up. The last thing I want to mention is that the clip on this pen has been more secure, however, I think that is due to it just being a newer pen in general rather than the change in construction. Overall, this just seems like a good move for Zebra, because like most people I did not understand why there was a small piece of plastic, and many people modified it.
